You’ll take ownership of the full life-cycle of commercial leases, ensuring everything from drafting and negotiation through to completion and ongoing administration. You’ll also play a key role in connecting management and sales teams with tenants, ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-focused leasing experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLease & Legal DocumentationDraft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, renewals, licences to alter, deeds of surrender, and associated documentationManage the full lease life-cycle from instruction to completion and ongoing administrationMaintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date lease recordsCommercial Property & Legal SupportProvide guidance on landlord and tenant matters, including lease obligations, rent reviews, service charges, and break clausesLiaise with external solicitors and professional advisors when requiredEnsure all legal processes are followed correctly and efficientlyWe’re looking for a commercially aware, detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage legal documentation while building strong relationships with internal teams and tenants.If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact within a growing organisation and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
