Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic business decisions?

If so, this newly created Management Accountant position is for you, as you will join a dynamic finance team and work closely with the Finance Director to support continued growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities

As the Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our finance function, including:

  • Supporting the Finance Director in the overall management of the finance department.
  • Managing the accounts payable process and weekly multi-currency payment runs .
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and quarterly VAT returns .
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting , and cash flow analysis .
  • Providing insights on property and overhead costs and driving cost-saving initiatives .
  • Assisting with the year-end audit , liaising with auditors and tax advisors.
  • Supporting the renewal of maintenance and energy contracts .
  • Offering backup support to the payroll department as needed.
  • Key Requirements
  • A qualified accountant (AAT or equivalent), with 3+ years of management accounting experience .
  • Experience with payroll processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills , both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to cost control , compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Confidence in solving complex problems with a logical mindset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
