We’re excited to announce a newly created opportunity for an HR Coordinator to join our friendly and forward-thinking team, based in Central London, with occasional travel to other London sites. This role has been introduced to provide vital support to the Head of HR and help strengthen the people-first culture. As the business continues its journey of growth and continuous improvement, we’re looking for someone who’s proactive, highly organised, and ready to make a meaningful impact in a varied HR support role. You’ll play a key part in shaping the internal processes, supporting employee development, and ensuring the HR function runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- You’ll be the first point of contact for general HR queries, delivering support across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding and probation to offboarding and everything in between.
- Provide day-to-day HR administrative support.
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation and processes.
- Monitor the careers inbox and assist with recruitment coordination.
- Help develop and maintain e-learning courses and training records.
- Support appraisal and career development processes.
- Review and update HR policies and the staff handbook in line with legislation and company values.
- Contribute to employee wellbeing and engagement strategies, including Investors in People initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and drive improvement.
- Support with ad hoc HR projects, such as new systems, benefits platforms, and manager development programmes.
- Guide employees on how to use HR platforms and tools.
