About the Role
This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant eager to progress in a professional services environment. You will play a key part in delivering effective HR support across recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, compliance, payroll, and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration – Drafting contracts and employment documents, maintaining HR records, and managing HR inbox queries.
- Recruitment Support – Coordinating recruitment processes, liaising with agencies, and supporting graduate recruitment schemes.
- Employee Lifecycle Management – Handling onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, training requests, and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations – Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries, supporting engagement initiatives, and assisting with employee relations cases.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration – Providing payroll data, managing benefits, and handling employee queries.
- Compliance & Policy Support – Ensuring HR policies align with legal and industry best practices, supporting compliance audits.
About You
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (or working towards it).
- Previous experience in an HR Assistant or Administrator role within a legal or professional services firm is preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle sensitive matters professionally.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A positive, flexible, and self-motivated attitude.
