Job Description

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based near Norwich that has an urgent requirement for a Logistics and Delivery Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive operations team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of deliveries across the region.Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate regional product deliveries in line with customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party delivery partners to ensure on-time fulfilment
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate records of delivery documentation
  • Manage logistics-related purchase orders and certifications
  • Organise travel for technicians via approved travel management partners
  • Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve any delays
  • Generate reports on delivery performance and contribute to process improvements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in logistics, transportation or delivery coordination
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator and team collaborator
  • Comfortable using logistics and tracking software (plus MS Office)
