Job Description
I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based near Norwich that has an urgent requirement for a Logistics and Delivery Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and supportive operations team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of deliveries across the region.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate regional product deliveries in line with customer requirements
- Liaise with internal teams and third-party delivery partners to ensure on-time fulfilment
- Track shipments and maintain accurate records of delivery documentation
- Manage logistics-related purchase orders and certifications
- Organise travel for technicians via approved travel management partners
- Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve any delays
- Generate reports on delivery performance and contribute to process improvements
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation or delivery coordination
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator and team collaborator
- Comfortable using logistics and tracking software (plus MS Office)
