We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to work in our post room for a minimum of two weeks in July. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing mail and supporting general administrative tasks across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post and deliveries to departments.
  • Prepare, package, and send outgoing mail and courier items.
  • Maintain records of deliveries and dispatches.
  • Monitor and manage post room supplies and equipment.
  • Support general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with document handling and internal mail distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security policies.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, within an office setting.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Comfortable with basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets.
