The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle a wide range of tasks to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinator calendars to schedule meetings with a variety of professionals
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the organisation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Coordinate with internal teams and external parties if necessary
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, composing agendas, record keeping and taking minutes for meetings
- Assist with project management, research, and other special assignments if necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and environments if required
