Pure are delighted to be supporting an organisation in the heart of Ipswich, who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the organisation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, discreet, and able to handle a wide range of tasks to help ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily office activities. This is a temporary role to begin with and for the right candidate a permanent opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate calendars to schedule meetings with a variety of professionals.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the organisation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external parties if necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, composing agendas, record keeping, and taking minutes for meetings.
  • Assist with project management, research, and other special assignments if necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA, executive assistant, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
