We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy and supportive team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong payroll experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing starters, leavers, and contractual changes across payroll cycles
  • Managing weekly and monthly payroll inputs, including hours and adjustments
  • Supporting statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP
  • Maintaining accurate holiday and absence records
  • Handling payroll-related deductions including attachments of earnings and childcare vouchers
  • Liaising with the external payroll provider to resolve queries and ensure smooth processing
  • Producing reports on sickness, holiday, and payment schedules
  • Supporting pension administration and responding to payroll queries
