We're delighted to be partnering with a major UK infrastructure organisation to recruit an HR Governance Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and play a key role in shaping governance across the People function.
Working closely with senior leaders, Executive teams and Board stakeholders, you'll help drive effective governance, reporting, risk management and compliance activities, ensuring high-quality information supports strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage governance, compliance, risk, audit and assurance planning activities
- Coordinate Executive, Committee and Board reporting requirements
- Prepare Board papers, presentations and governance reporting
- Track senior leadership decisions and action plans
- Support annual reporting, audits and business continuity activities
- Maintain HR governance frameworks and risk registers
- Partner with senior stakeholders to improve governance processes and drive continuous improvement
About You
- Experience within HR governance, project management or programme governance roles
- Strong exposure to Board and Committee reporting
- Experience producing high-quality governance papers and presentations
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Comfortable working with complex information and translating it into clear outputs
- Advanced PowerPoint and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Previous experience in a regulated or corporate environment would be advantageous
