They are seeking an experienced and credible Head of Finance to provide expert leadership across their technical finance functions and to play a key role in maintaining strong financial governance and resilience.
This is a high-profile senior appointment, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and lead critical financial activities during a period of organisational evolution, including preparation for wider structural change across the region.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Head of Finance will lead a well-established technical finance function and act as a principal financial advisor to senior leaders and decision-making bodies. The role carries responsibility for ensuring robust statutory compliance, effective risk management, and the integrity of financial reporting, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Providing strategic leadership across statutory accounting, treasury management, taxation, and financial compliance.
- Acting as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership teams, committees, and governance bodies.
- Leading the financial closedown process, production of the Statement of Accounts, and managing relationships with External Audit.
- Line management of the Finance Manager and overall leadership of the Technical, Treasury, Insurance, Income, and Payments team.
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, improve compliance, and mitigate financial risk.
- Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant legislation, professional standards, and best practice.
