We are seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to work in our post room for a minimum of two weeks in July. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth handling of incoming and outgoing mail and supporting general administrative tasks across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming post and deliveries to departments.
- Prepare, package, and send outgoing mail and courier items.
- Maintain records of deliveries and dispatches.
- Monitor and manage post room supplies and equipment.
- Support general office administration, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with document handling and internal mail distribution.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, within an office setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a helpful, can-do attitude.
