A highly regarded organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Business Partner to lead a pivotal HR change management project. This opportunity offers a meaningful role supporting strategic organisational development while working closely with senior stakeholders and teams. The successful candidate will play a central role in managing a consultation process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire consultation process, ensuring timely progress and alignment with key milestones.
- Act as the main liaison between internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, staff representatives, and external consultants.
- Ensure HR best practices are applied at every stage of the change process.
- Draft essential documentation such as consultation notes, contractual change letters, and reports.
- Support leadership representatives with HR insight and legislative context to enable informed decision-making.
- Coordinate key meetings, ensuring full stakeholder attendance and engagement.
- Attend and contribute to senior leadership meetings as required.
- Provide generalist HR support in line with the organisation's values and compliance standards.

- Proven success in delivering and leading complex HR change and consultation processes.
- Broad generalist HR background with a sound understanding of employment law.
- Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organised with the ability to maintain accurate records and produce succinct documentation.
