As HSEQ Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for developing a proactive safety function. This role is pivotal to driving the organisation’s success and embedding a ‘safety first’ culture.

Core duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, direct, coordinate and maintain effective and compliant HSEQ Policies & procedures
  • Review, prioritise and implement HSEQ practices aligned to business requirements
  • Provide, implement, and maintain industry standard HSEQ management systems
  • Ensure on-site technical and safety audits are completed monthly to ensure staff compliance
  • Manage and oversee internal audits on HSEQ matters, tracking and communicating any opportunities for improvement or non-conformances
  • Gain required company accreditations by demonstrating understanding and compliance with the various bodies
  • Ensure best quality materials & subcontractors are used at the best cost by regularly reviewing supplier options
