Job Description
We are recruiting an HR Business Partner role for a leading brand based in north Cambridgeshire. This business has a reputation for quality and excellence in everything they do. Reporting to the UK HR Director, you will partner closely with your management and leadership teams and Centres of Excellence to deliver, shape and execute their people strategy in line with their business goals. Salary – up to £70,000Hybrid working available The role:
- You will lead on developing and implementing HR strategies and people plans aligned to the business goals.
- Solve complex ER issues alongside the Head of ER
- Collaborate with COE expertise on workforce needs to develop talent strategies
- Identifying organisational development with the leadership teams for future growth
- Collaborating with your COE expertise on reward strategies to maintain market competitiveness
- Acting as a Change Agent within the organisation
About you:
- You will be a strategic thinker as well as operational partner with established business acumen
- CIPD level 7 qualified
- Previous sector experience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, agriculture or distribution would be an advantage for this role.
- The ability to work in an complex business with multiple stakeholders is key.
- You will be required to travel between two sites.
