Overview
In this role you partner with senior leaders to shape strategy and drive performance through financially informed decision making. You will lead the finance function, provide commercially focused insight, and support key operational choices across a growing organisation. As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will challenge constructively and identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining strong governance and controls. Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to influence strategic and operational decisions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planning
- Deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis and performance reviews
- Drive financial controls, governance and risk management processes
- Support commercial initiatives via robust financial evaluation and modelling
- Lead, coach and develop the finance team
- Oversee statutory compliance, audit activity and governance requirements
- Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities across the organisation
Key requirements
- Professional accounting qualification and/or relevant degree preferred
