Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout high-quality bid documents, responses, fee proposals, and commercial brochures
- Structure complex business documents for maximum impact, using storytelling techniques and a clear visual hierarchy
- Develop branded templates for proposals, pitch decks, and supporting materials
- Collaborate closely with business development, projects, and technical teams to translate high-level briefs into polished outputs
- Proofread, refine, and format case studies, capability brochures, and executive summaries
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to tight deadlines and last-minute changes
- Maintain a library of standardised design assets and templates
- Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proven experience in bid or commercial document design, ideally within a B2B context
- High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and MS365
