We are looking for a commercially focused analyst to join a busy retail business on a fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business, supporting planning, forecasting, and decision-making in a fast-growing, operationally complex environment. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, Planning and Data teams, helping turn numbers into insight and ensuring financial plans are robust, well understood, and actively used.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating the forecasting cycle, including the Annual Plan and monthly rolling forecasts
- Owning and challenging fixed cost forecasts with finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Leading variable cost forecasting as the key finance partner to Production and Planning
- Producing clear monthly reporting, insight, and commentary for wider Finance and the business
- Identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decisions with practical, data-led recommendations
