We’re on the lookout for a detail-driven Finance Assistant to join our friendly and supportive finance team based in Bury St Edmunds. If you enjoy working with numbers, staying organised, and being part of a collaborative environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities:
- Posting purchase invoices into our accounting system
- Handling bank transactions and making sure everything balances
- Supporting monthly payment runs and one-off payments
- Preparing VAT returns
- Keeping in touch with customers and suppliers as needed
- Pitching in with general finance admin and occasional ad hoc tasks
You’ll be working alongside a close-knit team reporting to the Financial Controller. It’s a great chance to build your finance experience across a wide range of tasks and get involved in a fast-paced business.
