Job Description
- Assistant Accountant
- Fakenham
- 9-5pm Monday to Friday
A progressive role has arisen with a growing business for an Assistant Accountant to work closely with the Financial Controller.
The role
- Assist with month-end activities, monthly reporting, journals, accruals and prepayments.
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation & cash management
- Year-end assistance, closing the ledger, preparing schedules and maintaining financial controls.
- Produce regular financial reports to support decision-making.
- Use accounting/ERP systems confidently and contribute to process improvements.
Skills required
- Experience within a similar role
