We are recruiting for a Junior HR/Payroll Administrator to join a large, fast paced business near Ongar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is keen to gain valuable experience within a supportive HR team. Working in a varied and changing environment, you will play an important role in supporting the HR/Payroll function for their large UK workforce. Alongside HR administration, you will also assist with payroll related administration and general office support.
Key Details:
- Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 (35 hour week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the employee journey from new starters through to leavers
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems accurately
- Preparing letters, reports and other HR documentation
- Assisting with payroll administration and data processing
- Handling employee queries and providing administrative support to managers
- Supporting document control, compliance checks and departmental administration
Skills and Experience Required:
- Ideally some administration experience in an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good numerical ability and confidence
