Our client, a high-growth, innovation-led organisation is looking to appoint a Head of Supply Chain at a pivotal point in its journey. This is not a “business-as-usual” leadership role. The foundations are in place, but there is significant opportunity to shape, build and mature the function as the business scales towards ambitious growth targets over the next 3–5 years.

If you enjoy operating in an environment where you can genuinely leave a mark rather than simply maintain the status quo, then this is an opportunity worth exploring.

The Opportunity:

  • You will take ownership of a multi-disciplinary supply chain function, spanning procurement, planning and customer order fulfilment, with a clear mandate to improve capability, structure and performance.
  • The role will require a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.
  • You’ll be equally comfortable setting direction as you are stepping in to resolve day-to-day operational challenges.

Key areas of focus will include:

  • Developing a more robust and scalable planning and procurement structure
  • Strengthening supplier strategy and long-term resilience
  • Improving cross-functional alignment across operations, engineering and commercial teams
  • Enhancing systems and processes, including ongoing ERP development
