Reporting to the UK HR Director, you will partner closely with your management and leadership teams and Centres of Excellence to deliver, shape and execute their people strategy in line with their business goals. Hybrid working available You will lead on developing and implementing HR strategies and people plans aligned to the business goals. Collaborate with COE expertise on workforce needs to develop talent strategies Identifying organisational development with the leadership teams for future growth You will be a strategic thinker as well as operational partner with established business acumen The ability to work in an complex business with multiple stakeholders is key. You will be required to travel between two sites.
