Salary: Circa £40,000 FTE
Our client, a successful and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Senior Administrator / PA to join their team on a fixed-term contract through to March 2027.
The Role
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership
- Complex diary and meeting management
- Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organising board and investor meetings
- Preparing meeting documentation and presentations
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and guests
- Managing office and facilities administration
- Supporting with basic HR administration
- Assisting with routine finance and operational tasks
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
About You
We are looking for a proactive, organised and resilient individual who enjoys variety and can confidently juggle multiple priorities. You will likely have previous experience as a:
- Executive Assistant (EA)
- Personal Assistant (PA)
- Senior Administrator
- Office Manager
You will also have:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to adapt quickly in a changing and sometimes fast-moving environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting senior leaders and executives
- Confidence liaising with board members and investors
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A professional and welcoming approach when dealing with visitors and external stakeholders
