We're supporting a growing manufacturing business in their search for a Fabrication Supervisor to lead a busy fabrication operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with experience in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or production environments who enjoys leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are maintained at all times.

Core Duties:

  • Supervising daily fabrication activities to ensure production targets are achieved
  • Managing workloads, production schedules, attendance, and resource allocation
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of work through production
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support to team members
  • Ensuring products meet required specifications and quality standards
  • Investigating and addressing quality issues, defects, and non-conformances
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication processes and working practices
