Pure are currently partnering with a great, well‑established organisation in Witham to recruit an experienced Credit Controller. This is a key role for someone who enjoys taking full ownership of the end‑to‑end credit cycle while also helping to shape smarter, more efficient processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end‑to‑end credit control across multiple markets and currencies.
  • Deliver core transactional tasks including order release, bank postings, and cash allocation.
  • Develop data‑driven collection strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior finance to support risk management and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to systems‑enhancement projects across invoicing, reconciliations and onboarding.
  • Create, maintain, and improve robust credit policies.

About you:

  • Experience managing your own sales ledger with strong debt‑recovery skills.
  • Confident using modern systems and interested in automation and new technology.
  • Strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and reporting capability.
  • Relevant accounting qualifications welcomed but not essential.
