This is a broad and hands-on role where you'll be at the heart of the finance function, delivering accurate reporting and meaningful insights that support decision-making across the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Producing monthly management accounts and insightful analysis
- Delivering clear variance commentary to support business performance
- Owning balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining strong financial controls
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Reviewing payroll data and ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Partnering with operational teams to understand costs and improve performance
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements across finance
Skills & experience:
- Experience in a Management Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
- Studying towards ACCA/CIMA/ACA or qualified by experience
- Strong Excel skills and confidence
