Job Description
We are currently looking for HR candidates who are available immediately to join a busy organisation near Chelmsford on an ongoing temporary basis. This role would suit candidates from a variety of HR levels who are available to start immediately and can support a busy HR function. Due to the nature of the role you will need your own transport to be considered.
Hourly rate will be dependent on experience between £14-19ph and working hours will be between core 09:00-17:00 Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HR team with HR administration.
- Assisting with employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Providing HR advice to managers and employees.
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems.
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
- Preparing HR documentation, letters and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
- Assisting with HR projects and general departmental support.
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience at Advisor or Administrator level.
- Exposure to ER matters.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and work independently.
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD beneficial but not essential.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
