As Finance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial performance and operational efficiency is maintained. This varied and hands-on role combines financial leadership with operational support. Finance & Reporting Managing budgets, invoicing, and producing reports using Xero Monitoring costs and identifying financial and operational improvements Chasing debtors and resolving internal payroll queries Assisting with project planning, monitoring, and reporting ?? Managing a small fleet of vehicles Supervising junior finance/admin support staff Review and implement process improvement projects The successful finance professional will be AAT or CCAB qualified, with proven experience in a small to medium-sized business. Xero experience is desirable and advantageous to contribute from an early stage. The ability to communicate with non-finance managers and customers is essential.
