We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Managing Director to guide this highly successful retail business following the planned retirement of the current MD after 25 years of exceptional service. This is a hands-on role where you will develop and execute strategies to drive sales, marketing, and retail growth across UK and international markets. You will strengthen relationships with wholesale and retail partners, expand market reach, and ensure operational excellence across manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance functions.
