Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 across client networks.
Communicate effectively via telephone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
Provide high-quality remote and on-site support to customers as required.
Minimum 1 years of experience in 1st line support within an MSP or fast-paced helpdesk environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Teams, Share Point, and Intune.
Flexibility to work early shifts when needed.
A clean driving licence for occasional on-site visits.
Good technical understanding of Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions.
