My client is seeking for a proactive People Coordinator to manage UK HR admin and payroll, while supporting our growing US team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-led bio tech company focused on rare and neurological conditions.
What You’ll Do
  • Own UK HR admin: maintain HiBob, draft contracts, manage records & exits
  • Run accurate UK payroll and administer benefits (BUPA, pensions, Cycle to Work)
  • Provide employee relations support and ensure HR compliance
  • Collaborate on HR projects and help shape policies, performance, and engagement
  • Support US HR ops as needed
What You’ll Bring
  • CIPD qualified (or working towards)
  • Experience in HR, payroll & employee relations
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge
  • Great communicator with attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a growing company
  • Tech-savvy, especially with Microsoft Office & modern HR tools
