This is a highly commercial position with responsibility split across:
- Sales Leadership: Driving revenue, developing new business, and managing key accounts
- Marketing Oversight: Shaping brand, campaigns, and product positioning
- Import/Export & Commercial Operations: Supporting international trade activity and ensuring smooth commercial processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the sales strategy, delivering consistent revenue growth
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across UK markets
- Manage and develop key customer relationships and strategic accounts
- Oversee marketing activity, ensuring effective brand positioning and lead generation
- Collaborate with internal teams on product development and market alignment
- Support import/export operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in supply chain activities
- Provide commercial insight to senior leadership and contribute to business strategy
- Travel across the UK to meet clients, partners, and stakeholders
About You:
- A commercially driven leader with a proven track record in a similar environment
- Strong sales and commercial leadership experience
- Background in one or more of the following: Horticulture, Agriculture, Agri-tech, Device/technology products
- Experience working within an SME environment
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Experience or exposure to import/export or international trade
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to be on-site 5 days per week with UK travel
