The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 € per year.

You will lead a high-performing finance function and provide a full range of financial services across the organisation. Reporting into the Senior Bursar, you'll take a senior leadership role, overseeing statutory and management accounting, strengthening financial controls and systems, and supporting longer-term financial strategy. You'll also manage and develop a finance team of eight and work closely with budget holders across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance team and day-to-day finance operations
  • Deliver statutory accounts, management accounts and high-quality financial reporting
  • Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
  • Ensure effective controls, processes and compliance
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve financial insight and decision-making

Qualifications:

  • Hold a recognised accountancy qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong experience producing statutory accounts
  • Charity/not-for-profit experience preferred
  • Exposure to subsidiary statutory accounts
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven people management experience
  • Strong stakeholder communication
