An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a growing and award-winning organisation based near Brentwood. Reporting to the Head of HR, you’ll lead a small team and play a key role in delivering a people strategy that supports business growth and performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join a team-focused department, and would suit someone who enjoys strategic thinking and working closely with leaders across the group.

  • Hybrid working options
  • Salary between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring the team are high performing and focused on the customer
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver people strategies and initiatives that support growth
  • Lead on complex employee relations matters including organisational change, restructures and consultations
  • Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with up-to-date UK employment legislation
  • Support with recruitment and talent management, and workforce planning activities as well as rewards and benefit framework
  • Use HR data and insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner role
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence to stop issues early and work strategically
  • Experience managing complex employee relations and organisational change
  • Track record of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing HR teams
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum
