Customer Services Advisor in Braintree

Braintree - £12.50ph - ASAP Start

We're seeking a confident and friendly Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team in Braintree on a temporary contract lasting around 4 weeks. If you are available immediately please get in touch.
You will be working Monday to Friday in the companies purpose built offices, which have free parking. Working hours will be 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday.
Key Duties:

• Answering incoming customer calls
• Responding to queries professionally and efficiently
• General admin support and data entry
• Maintaining accurate records
