Salary45000 per annum Term Perm Location Basildon, Essex We are partnering with national manufacture who continue to provide cutting edge technology across their product lines.

They are now seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Project Analyst to join their Finance team.

This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate project and financial management across the business by maintaining reliable data, coordinating corrections, and managing the setup and ongoing maintenance of project budgets.

Working closely with Sales, Project Managers, and the wider Finance team, you will ensure seamless alignment between quotes, orders, invoices, and project data.

You will also contribute to month-end reporting, audits, and process improvements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, improving processes, and supporting operational teams to achieve accurate, timely project and financial results.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and coordinate project data in identifying errors and distributing them for correction across relevant business functions.

Review and process new project setups and budget movements.

Support ongoing system and process improvements to enhance project and financial workflows Compile monthly Sales Revenue reports for the full company and by department.

Communicate with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding updates, corrections, and project changes.

The Project Analyst ensures accurate project and financial data by maintaining records, coordinating corrections, and supporting new project setups and budget changes.

You will also assist with key financial processes, including month end audits, expense coding, and invoice planning for multi sites.

Additionally, the role supports system improvements, contributes to management accounts and year?end audits, and manages accounts receivable and credit control—helping keep projects running smoothly, efficiently, and accurately.
