I'm recruiting on behalf of a local charity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for around 4-6 months.
Key duties will include:
- Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries
- Providing support and information to customers and service users
- Updating and maintaining records accurately
- Resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks
We're looking for someone with previous customer service experience, strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic approach.
This is a part time role, three days a week Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
