We are working on behalf of a high-growth, UK-based FMCG distribution and brand management business to appoint a commercially driven Product Development Manager. This organisation operates across B2B channels, partnering with global manufacturers to deliver both branded and private label products into a wide network. This is a strategic and hands-on position responsible for owning and developing a diverse consumer product portfolio. You will drive sales growth, margin performance, and successful new product development across multiple categories. You will act as a key link between suppliers, internal commercial teams, and external partners, ensuring products are optimised for performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop an existing FMCG product portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation.
