We are recruiting a Finance Operations Lead to join our Finance Team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and working closely with the Head of Operations, this role is critical in ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely running of the organisation's day to day financial operations. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for transactional finance, strong exposure to senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to help refine and improve finance processes as the business scales.

As Finance Operations Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning and managing all transactional finance activities, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, expenses, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery of month end processes, including reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies.
  • Managing monthly partner statements and settlement processes, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
  • Reconciling management information across internal systems and bank accounts, identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies.
