I am currently working with a Cambridge based business who are looking to recruit a financial controller. This will be a broad role, but the focus will be around business partnering and FP&A where you will be tasked to support the main goal of driving growth.
- Preparing monthly financial statements and analysing variances between actual and forecasted results
- Cost accounting & control
- Developing the strategic plan, annual budgeting, inventory and managing fixed assets
- Strong business partnering and management accounting
- Experience in a manufacturing environment and good costing experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
