People Partner – 6 month fixed term contract with an immediate start. As People Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation’s culture and people strategies. This is a role where you will contribute to organisational success by providing expert People Services across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and talent retention. Your influence will help cultivate a vibrant, inclusive environment that champions empowerment and engagement. Key responsibilities include: Providing trusted advice and consultancy to managers on all people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and workforce development. Supporting managers with decision-making aligned to organisational values, policies, and best practices, promoting early resolution of issues. Leading recruitment initiatives, ensuring strategic talent attraction and adherence to equality, diversity, and inclusion standards. Facilitating effective onboarding, induction, and probation processes to enhance new starter experiences. Contributing to the development and implementation of people policies, procedures, and cultural initiatives. Analysing HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Supporting TUPE projects, staffing structures, and contractual arrangements to meet evolving organisational needs.Ideal candidates will possess: Proven experience advising on all facets of employment law and employee relations within a fast-paced environment. Relevant professional qualification, such as Level 5 CIPD. Strong ability to develop trusted relationships and influence at all levels. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to coach and support managers and colleagues. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. A proactive, solution-focused approach with high levels of integrity and discretion.Additional requirements: Flexibility to travel to various locations for meetings and training sessions. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
