Part Time HR Advisor

We're partnering with a respected, values-led charity to recruit a People Advisor to join the People Team. Working a 4-day week, this is a fantastic opportunity to use your HR expertise to support managers and employees while contributing to an organisation dedicated to making a positive difference in people's lives. As a trusted People Advisor, you'll provide practical, professional and people-focused advice across a wide range of HR matters. You'll work closely with managers, helping them navigate employee relations issues, develop their teams and create a positive employee experience. Your responsibilities will include: Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management Supporting recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives Providing guidance on employment policies, procedures and best practice Assisting with organisational change and people projects Supporting wellbeing, engagement and inclusion initiatives Maintaining accurate people records, reporting and compliance activities Coaching managers to build confidence and capability in managing their teams We're looking for someone who brings: Previous experience in an HR Advisor or People Advisor role Strong employee relations case management experience Up-to-date employment law knowledge Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A practical, solution-focused approach The confidence to challenge and influence when required CIPD qualification or equivalent experience If you're an experienced HR professional seeking a rewarding role where your expertise will be valued, get in contact with Becky Wilson for further details
