I am recruiting on behalf of a respected Education Trust in Norwich who are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This role is well suited to someone confident in a front-of-house position, comfortable working in a busy school environment, and able to provide reliable administrative support from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, staff, and students
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Overseeing visitor sign-in procedures and maintaining accurate records
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in reception or administration
- Ability to start immediately (23rd February)
- A DBS check would be an advantage
