The predicted salary is between 12.6 - 15.4 Β£ per hour.

We're delighted to be recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a friendly and supportive People team within a respected Norfolk business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with people and providing high-quality support across a busy HR function.

The role will involve supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR processes run smoothly and delivering an excellent service to colleagues and managers across the business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Managing HR inboxes and ensuring enquiries are responded to or escalated appropriately
  • Preparing offer letters, employment contracts and contract amendments
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR systems
  • Supporting recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and liaising with candidates
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Monitoring probation reviews and other key people processes
  • Supporting the wider People team with administration and reporting
  • Maintaining HR documents, shared files and resources

The successful applicant will have:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • A professional and confidential approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using different systems
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to support others
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering excellent service

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to gain experience within a people-focused organisation. This is a full-time, 6-month temporary contract based in Norwich, with parking provided.
