We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑established leisure business near Aylsham, for a Temporary Operations Assistant to support their day‑to‑day operations. This temporary position is expected to last around three months and may lead to a permanent appointment for the right candidate.

The role will involve working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 8am and 6pm. Shift lengths and start times may vary, so flexibility is required. This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, administration, and helping a busy operation run smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:
