We’re looking for an experienced and driven Financial Controller to join our clients growing organisation, partnering closely with the CFO and leadership team to deliver high-quality financial insight and control across the group. In this key role, you’ll take ownership of the month-end close, financial control framework, and management reporting, ensuring accuracy, integrity and timeliness across all finance operations. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making through robust analysis, forecasts and performance insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the month-end process and producing management accounts and reporting packs
  • Overseeing cashflow forecasting, working capital and banking activities
  • Managing audit, tax, and compliance obligations across multiple entities
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver insightful financial analysis and FP&A support
  • Driving continuous improvement in systems, controls and processes

We’re seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong technical expertise, experience in a multi-entity environment, and the confidence to influence at senior level. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a strong communicator, and a leader who sets high standards and develops others.
