Pure are delighted to be partnered with a well-established and ambitious organisation within the manufacturing sector who are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to lead the financial operations of their manufacturing function. This is a key role that will combine financial control, reporting, and business partnering, offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive performance through insight and robust financial processes. Key responsibilities include: Managing the monthly manufacturing management accounts process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Leading the budgeting and forecasting cycles Providing balance sheet oversight for the manufacturing function Managing and developing the Manufacturing Finance Team Acting as a key business partner to manufacturing leadership, offering financial insight and support Developing and enhancing KPIs to support operational performance Collaborating with data teams to improve reporting and decision-making tools Driving continuous improvement in financial controls, processes and procedures We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
