We are supporting a growing engineering and technology organisation that is looking for a Contracts Manager to join its Commercial team. If you enjoy taking ownership, working with delivery teams, and applying clear commercial discipline across complex projects, this role offers plenty of scope and impact.
You will manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring clarity, compliance, and strong commercial outcomes. Working closely with project, engineering, and operational teams, you will support change control, maintain accurate records, and help identify and mitigate commercial risk.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contracts from award to close out
- Administer variations and formal change control
- Maintain accurate contractual documentation
- Identify and support mitigation of commercial risks
- Draft a range of commercial agreements (NDAs, MoUs, consultancy, supply, service, reseller, collaboration, etc.)
- Support pricing, cost awareness, and commercial governance
- Conduct due diligence on customers and partners
- Experience in contracts or commercial roles within complex environments
- Comfortable with post-award contract management and bid support
- Strong contract interpretation, drafting, and risk awareness
- Structured, commercially minded, collaborative, and pragmatic
