We are working with our client, based in Norwich, to find a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of their Salesforce platform, ensuring it remains a trusted, accurate source of truth for pipeline, contracts and revenue. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and maintaining Salesforce day-to-day, keeping it clean, structured and reliable
  • Ensuring high-quality, accurate data across accounts, opportunities and contracts
  • Building and maintaining clear, consistent reports and dashboards for key stakeholders
  • Supporting and training users, helping drive adoption and best practice
  • Overseeing key processes and integrations, including alignment with finance systems
  • Continuously identifying improvements to enhance performance and usability

About You:

  • Previous experience and capable of working hands-on with Salesforce (setup, reports, dashboards, flows)
