We re looking for an experienced HR Manager on a temporary basis to provide immediate support during a busy period. This is a hands-on role for a confident HR professional with strong employee relations and investigation experience, who can quickly build credibility, manage complex cases, and deliver practical, commercial HR advice. What you ll be doing: Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and capability matters. Leading and supporting complex workplace investigations from start to finish. Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and employment law. Producing clear, thorough investigation reports and recommendations. Coaching managers to ensure consistent and compliant people practices. Supporting the wider HR team with operational priorities as required.What we re looking for: Proven experience in an HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role. Strong employee relations and workplace investigation expertise. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice. Confidence handling sensitive and complex cases independently. CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience).
